As a student and full time esthetician, it isn’t easy to find the time to develop many other personal interests and hobbies. I love being active and working out but like many others, my time is limited! I enjoy quick work-out dvd’s by Beach Body, Jillian Michaels, and Cathe Friedrich. Some of my favorite fitness-oriented products are by Quest, Cellucor, and Optimum Nutrition.
Eating healthy and maintaining an active lifestyle are so important for an individual’s overall wellness and health. When you look and feel good, your energy levels will skyrocket along with your overall happiness and confidence. Sticking to a smart diet and exercise plan will have you feeling better physically and mentally in no time!
I know first-hand how hard it can be to get started with developing healthy eating habits and sticking to an exercise routine, especially when you have so many other responsibilities to take care of first. However, just taking a few small steps towards health and fitness will provide you with immense improvement and wonderful benefits that will keep you wanting more and more!
